Operations Manager – Golf & Leisure

Adrian Cafaro is our Operations Manager for Whitekirk Golf & Leisure. Previous to his appointment to Whitekirk he was the Director of Instruction at the PGA Golf Academy of Beijing (PGA at Bayhood No.9) and previously the General Manager at Orascom Hotels and Development (Taba Heights Golf Resort) in Egypt.

Adrian is also a British PGA Fellow Professional and has expertise in elite golf coaching and possesses a Master of Philosophy degree entitled ‘Early Developmental Experiences of Professional Golfers: A Case Study from the UK’. He is well known in London as a golf coach and previous owner of The North London Golf Academy Ltd in Harrow and Greenford and Golf Tuition Breaks holiday business.

Bruce Mathieson

Head Green Keeper

Bruce has previously gained experience from Gullane No.1 where he was an assistant Green keeper and was involved with preparing the course for qualifying rounds for The British open. He has also worked at The Glen, North Berwick on Green keeping duties. Since 1997 Bruce has worked at Whitekirk Golf & Country Club and was promoted to Head Green keeper in 2003, where he still remains an avid and valuable member of our expert team.
